DMHRM tunnel knife basket cleaning machine

The DMHRM tunnel knife basket washing machine is designed to wash and disinfect up to 320 knife baskets per hour. The machine has two zones – one for primary washing and one for secondary washing and disinfection. A sensor automatically starts the machine when the knife baskets are placed on the conveyor belt. The baskets are first intensively washed with hot water at a temperature of approximately 45 °C, with a dose of detergent added. In the secondary washing zone, the knife baskets are washed with water and disinfected with water at a temperature of 85 °C or with a disinfectant. A heating element can be selected to heat the water. It must be connected to a water supply system with a water temperature of at least 45 °C.
