KWM 350 crate washing machine
The KWM 350 crate washing machine washes up to 350 crates per hour. The washing machine has a main washing zone and an additional rinsing zone. The main washing is carried out with water at a temperature not exceeding 45 °C, to which a washing agent can be added. The water is heated using an 18 kW heater and regulated by a thermostat. In the rinsing zone, the crates are washed with hot water at 85 °C and disinfected. The flow heater must be connected to a hot water supply system with a water temperature of at least 45 °C. Rinsing water means that dirty water is constantly being replaced. The filter can be removed to remove accumulated dirt. Machine maintenance and cleaning are easy thanks to the removable side cover.
