Amendments shall not apply to orders already concluded.<\/p>\n2. Conclusion of the Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n2.1.<\/strong> The purchase and sale agreement shall be deemed concluded only when:<\/p>\n2.1.1.<\/strong> The Buyer places an order;
\n2.1.2.<\/strong> The Seller confirms the order;
\n2.1.3.<\/strong> The Seller receives full payment (unless otherwise agreed).<\/p>\n2.2.<\/strong> The Seller reserves the right not to confirm an order if:<\/p>\n2.2.1.<\/strong> The product is out of stock;
\n2.2.2.<\/strong> An incorrect price has been indicated;
\n2.2.3.<\/strong> There are suspicions of fraud.<\/p>\n3. Goods, Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n3.1.<\/strong> Prices are indicated in euros and include VAT (where applicable).<\/p>\n3.2.<\/strong> Delivery costs are indicated separately unless stated otherwise.<\/p>\n3.3.<\/strong> The Buyer may pay by:<\/p>\n3.3.1.<\/strong> Electronic banking;
\n3.3.2.<\/strong> Bank transfer;
\n3.3.3.<\/strong> Other payment methods indicated on the website.<\/p>\n3.4.<\/strong> Orders shall be processed only after payment has been received, unless otherwise agreed.<\/p>\n4. Delivery of Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n4.1.<\/strong> Goods shall be delivered to the address specified by the Buyer.<\/p>\n4.2.<\/strong> Delivery period: 3\u20135 business days, unless otherwise specified.<\/p>\n4.3.<\/strong> The risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment the goods are delivered.<\/p>\n4.4.<\/strong> If the shipment is damaged, the Buyer must note this at the time of delivery.<\/p>\n5. Right to Withdraw from the Contract (Consumers)<\/strong><\/p>\n5.1.<\/strong> A natural person has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.<\/p>\n5.2.<\/strong> The Buyer must inform the Seller by email.<\/p>\n5.3.<\/strong> The product must be:<\/p>\n5.3.1.<\/strong> Unused;
\n5.3.2.<\/strong> In its original packaging;
\n5.3.3.<\/strong> Retain its commercial appearance.<\/p>\n5.4.<\/strong> Refunds shall be made within 14 days from receipt of the returned goods.<\/p>\n5.5.<\/strong> Return shipping costs shall be borne by the Buyer, except in cases of defective goods.<\/p>\n6. Return of Goods for Business Customers (Legal Entities)<\/strong><\/p>\n6.1.<\/strong> The right to withdraw from a distance purchase and sale agreement within 14 (fourteen) days, as provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, does not apply to legal entities (business customers).<\/p>\n6.2.<\/strong> All goods sold by the Seller are deemed intended for professional use; therefore, goods are not returnable or exchangeable except in the cases expressly specified in this section.<\/p>\n6.3.<\/strong> Goods may be exchanged or accepted for return only if:<\/p>\n6.3.1.<\/strong> The product is clearly defective (manufacturing defect);
\n6.3.2.<\/strong> The product was damaged during transportation, and such damage was clearly documented at the time of acceptance of the goods.<\/p>\n6.4.<\/strong> The Buyer must:<\/p>\n6.4.1.<\/strong> Inspect the goods upon delivery;
\n6.4.2.<\/strong> Immediately note any damage in the shipment delivery documents;
\n6.4.3.<\/strong> Inform the Seller of any identified defects no later than 2 (two) business days from receipt of the goods;
\n6.4.4.<\/strong> Provide evidence (photographs, documents, etc.).<\/p>\n6.5.<\/strong> If the Buyer fails to comply with the above deadlines or procedures, the goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in proper condition and without defects.<\/p>\n6.6.<\/strong> The Seller shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n6.6.1.<\/strong> Damage to goods occurring after their delivery to the Buyer;
\n6.6.2.<\/strong> Improper use, storage, or operation of the goods;
\n6.6.3.<\/strong> Normal wear and tear or operational characteristics.<\/p>\nIf it is determined that the product is defective, the Seller may, at its discretion:<\/p>\n
6.6.4.<\/strong> Replace the product with an equivalent product; or
\n6.6.5.<\/strong> Repair the defect; or
\n6.6.6.<\/strong> Refund the amount paid.<\/p>\n6.7.<\/strong> Refunds shall only be made if replacement of the goods or repair of the defect is impossible or disproportionate.<\/p>\n6.8.<\/strong> All costs related to the handling of justified claims shall be borne by the Seller; however, in the case of unjustified claims, all costs shall be borne by the Buyer.<\/p>\n7. Warranty and Defective Goods<\/strong><\/p>\n7.1.<\/strong> Consumers (natural persons) are entitled to a 2 (two) year warranty in accordance with applicable European Union and Republic of Lithuania legislation.<\/p>\n7.2.<\/strong> For legal entities (business customers), a warranty shall apply only if expressly indicated in the description of the specific product or in the sales documents.<\/p>\n7.3.<\/strong> If a warranty for legal entities is not expressly specified, the product shall be deemed sold without any additional commercial warranty, subject only to the minimum liability provisions regarding product quality as required by law.<\/p>\n8. Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n8.1.<\/strong> Refunds shall be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction.<\/p>\n8.2.<\/strong> The Seller may withhold the refund until the returned goods have been received.<\/p>\n9. Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n9.1.<\/strong> The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.<\/p>\n9.2.<\/strong> The Seller shall not be liable for:<\/p>\n9.2.1.<\/strong> Indirect losses;
\n9.2.2.<\/strong> Loss of business;
\n9.2.3.<\/strong> Damage resulting from improper use of the product.<\/p>\n10. Force Majeure<\/strong><\/p>\n10.1.<\/strong> The Parties shall not be liable for failure to perform their obligations due to force majeure circumstances.<\/p>\n11. Personal Data<\/strong><\/p>\n11.1.<\/strong> Personal data shall be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.<\/p>\n12. Dispute Resolution<\/strong><\/p>\n12.1.<\/strong> Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations.<\/p>\n12.2.<\/strong> If no agreement can be reached:<\/p>\n12.2.1.<\/strong> A complaint may be submitted to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority of Lithuania;
